Two people who behaved violently at a gas station were charged with misconduct

 

The Ratnapura( Sri Lanka) police have arrested two people who obstructed the duty of security officers at a gas station in Ratnapura due to non-delivery of fuel.


The arrested suspects, aged 23 and 52, are residents of Ratnapura in Sri Lanka.


The police stated that the two concerned persons behaved violently in the morning yesterday (July 19) disturbing the duty of the security officers at the gas station.


It has been revealed in the police investigations that the arrested persons have been rioting due to the impulse caused by not providing fuel at the fuel station for several days.


The suspects are scheduled to be produced before the Ratnapura Magistrate's Court today (July 21).


The Ratnapura Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
